The questline centers on "peculiar tests and a fearsome enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Settings and Changes

The preview highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer concludes with a powerful scene showing a character, presumably the captive, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
